We reserve the right to update product information or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept most major payment cards and online payment platforms. Payment is taken securely at checkout and must be authorised before your order is processed.

If your card issuer refuses or delays authorisation, we will not be liable for any resulting delay or cancellation.

Promotional codes or discounts are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

4. Orders

After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms that we've received your order, not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• There is an error in pricing or description
• Your payment cannot be processed

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Delivery times and options are explained in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and details are accurate.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we may charge for reshipping.

6. Returns and refunds

You have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to arrange a return.

7. International orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees applied by local authorities. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability
