Shipping policy

We currently ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All orders are packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, postal services and customs procedures.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, size and weight. Orders above a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping (details announced during promotions).

International deliveries and customs

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by you, the customer. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at hello@goodmonthclub.co.uk. We'll do our best to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
